1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Inkscribe AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
2. Description of Service
Inkscribe AI is an AI-powered document processing platform that provides OCR (Optical Character Recognition), document editing, AI-powered document analysis (ScribIQ), translation, analytics, and collaboration features. The Service is available via web application, iOS app, and Android app.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Inkscribe AI offers the following tiers: Free ($0/mo), Basic ($30/mo or $24/mo annual), Pro ($60/mo or $48/mo annual), Premium ($120/mo or $96/mo annual), Pay As You Go ($15 one-time for 10 credits), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Billing cycles include monthly, quarterly (5% discount), semi-annual (10% discount), and annual (20% discount). All payments are processed securely via Stripe. First-time subscribers to paid plans are eligible for a 7-day refund if requested within 7 days of initial purchase. After the 7-day window, all payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends.
5. Credit System
Credits are the unit of document processing on Inkscribe AI. 1 credit = 2,500 characters of processed text. Subscription credits are allocated at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits roll over to the next month within the same billing cycle. Pay As You Go credits never expire. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; use automated bots or scrapers without written permission; share your account credentials with unauthorized parties; or violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all documents you upload to Inkscribe AI. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. Inkscribe AI, its logos, design, features, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Yo! No Code and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The ScribIQ name and brand are trademarks of Yo! No Code.
8. Privacy
Your use of Inkscribe AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and documents. Please review our Privacy Policy at inkscribeai.com/privacy for complete details.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inkscribe AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yo! No Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
